What you'll learn: Electrochemical semiconductor processing subduedly plays several important roles in the semiconductor industry. This is a complete course on electrochemical semiconductor processing. Through this course, a learner shall grasp the basics of electrochemistry and electrochemical materials processing in complete with a special emphasis on semiconductors. Materials (metallic and semiconductor) professionals shall be able to apply the obtained knowledge in their respective materials processing works for fabrication or for higher efficiency.
About the Instructor: Prof. Suhash Ranjan Dey received his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Université Paul Verlaine – Metz, France, in 2006. He pursued his research career as a post-doctoral fellow in Risø National Laboratory, Denmark; as an Alexander von Humboldt research fellow in the Technical University Dresden, Germany; and as a Research Scientist in Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany. In 2010, he joined the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering in IIT, Hyderabad, India. Currently, he is working in the same institute as Professor. His current research focuses on Electrochemical Materials Design and Processing of emerging materials with varied morphologies for energy conversion, sensors, and biomedical applications.
