- Sintering Techniques, Furnaces and Application of dilatometry.
- Sintering fundamentals and Sintering Mechanisms
- Mixed, Additive and liquid phase sintering methods
- Sintering of some metals and ceramic powders
- Production and Processing of Nano powders
- Powder based Additive Manufacturing
- PM Applications and Post-Processing

About the Instructor: Prof. Bharat Panigrahi, is a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering. He has extensive experience of more than 25 years in the field of PM. He core-expertise are in powder metallurgy and additive manufacturing processes.
No pre-requisite, but basic knowledge of materials would be helpful.
Assessment may consist of assignments and/or quizzes and/or viva and/or exams.
