Register Through CCE
Submit your international conference details through the official CCE registration form.

International conferences must be registered through the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE), IIT Hyderabad. Please follow the steps below.
Important:
Complete the CCE registration process first. The event number
and payment link will be provided by CCE after the required
registration approvals.

Receive Event Number and Payment Links
After the required approvals, CCE will provide the event number and the applicable payment link.

Submit MEA Documents
Provide the required proforma enclosure, event brochure, and list of foreign participants for the MEA clearance application.
Documents Required for MEA Clearance
Conference organizers should prepare and submit the following documents to CCE for processing the MEA clearance application.

Download the prescribed proforma enclosure and complete the required details.

Refer to the brochure containing the conference details, programme, dates, and other relevant information.

Prepare the list of foreign participants in the prescribed format and provide the required details.

MEA clearance:
CCE will process the clearance application based on the
documents and information submitted. Please provide complete
and accurate details to facilitate processing.
Forms Required for Expense Submission
Conference organizers can access the relevant forms required for processing event expenses, reimbursements, and honorarium payments through CCE, IIT Hyderabad.
Reimbursement Form
Use this form to claim reimbursement for eligible expenses incurred for the conference or event. Attach the applicable bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
